Chapter 6 Frame and Carriage Assembly

Installing the Knuckle
1) Locate the two Knuckle Assemblies. Remove the parts shown below from top end of the knuckles and keep them close
by as you will soon be re-installing them.

2) Place the aluminum spacer into position and then the two plastic spacers into position as shown below.

3) Position the knuckle and secure it into place using the supplied fasteners as shown below.
