Installation

Installing the Drive Shaft and Hub Assembly

4) On the passenger side Arm Assembly remove the End Cap, Outside Mount and Inside Mount
/Bearing Assembly, refer to the exploded image below.

Step 4:
Remove Mounts and End Cap End Cap
on Passenger Side Arm Asy.
Inside Mount /
Bearing Assembly

5) On the driver side Arm Assembly remove the Shaft Bearing from the Outside Mount to gain
access to the mounting bolts. Then remove the Outside Mount, Inside Mount/Bearing Assembly
and the End Cap. Refer to the image below.

Step 5:
Inside Mount / Remove Outside Bearing then
Bearing Assembly remove Mounts and End Cap
Outside Mount on Driver Side Arm Asy.

6) Loosen the set screws slightly on all of the Shaft Bearings on both Arm Assemblies.

Step 6:
Slightly loosen the set screws
on all Shaft Bearings.
