Installation

Install Airis® Assemblies onto Air Cannon™ Dryer Housings
10) Remove the 3/8”-16 Nyloc nuts, flat washers and bolts that are located on the interior flange and
in-line with the four Nut Retainers (1RETNR650) that were just removed, refer to the images
below.

Remove the four(4) sets
of fasteners circled these
are in-line with the Nut
Retainers just removed.

11) Locate the Airis® accessory box and retrieve the 3/8” lock washers. Using the 3/8”-16 x 1”
fasteners that you just removed install a lock washer and then one of the flat washers onto each
of the four fasteners as shown below.
Adapter Flange: 1IMPLR275

3/8”-16 x 1” HHCS (4)
3/8” Lock Washer (4)

3/8” Flat Washer (4)

Airis® Mounting Stud:
111382 (4)

12) In the Airis® accessory box locate the Airis® Support Mounting Stud Assemblies (111382). Install
a Mounting Stud into each of the four open holes in the Adapter Flange (1IMPLR275) with the
threaded stud facing out, as shown above.
