Installation

Install Airis® Assemblies onto Air Cannon™ Dryer Housings
13) Thread the 3/8”-16 x 1” fasteners through the plastic housing and into the Airis® Support
Mounting Stud Assembly (111382) and tighten the four fasteners to hold the Airis® support
mounting studs in place.
14) Reinstall the Inlet Cone over the four threaded mounting studs and reinstall four of the 5/16”-18 x
1” fasteners, lock washers and aluminum flat washers into the remaining Nut Retainers
(1RETNR650) and tighten down the Inlet Cone (1IMPLR-CO500).

Mounting Studs
15) Install the Airis® onto the four threaded studs making sure that the orientation is correct, as
shown in the images below.

16) In the Airis® accessory box locate four 3/8”-16 Nyloc nuts (1NUT-LC215), install and tighten them
onto the threaded mounting studs to secure the Airis® onto the Air Cannon™ Housing, see
images above.
17) Repeat Steps 6-16 for the other Air Cannon™.
