Initial Startup Procedures
Install Spray Nozzles & Verify Proper Function of Top Assembly and Airis®
1) Run water through the H2AIR® Arch to flush out all lines and verify that there are no leaks in any
of the fittings or connections in the Top Manifold and Leg Manifold Assemblies.
2) Retrieve the 24 Spray Nozzles from the Accessory Box.
3) In each Leg Manifold Assembly install eight (8) of the supplied Spray Nozzles into the Check
Bodies, refer to the image below.

Note: Lubricate the Nozzle threads with a Liquid-Teflon™ for easier installation and maintenance.

Leg Manifold

Apply Liquid Teflon™ to the
Nozzle Threads at Installation

Eight (8) per Leg Assembly

Spray Nozzle
Four (4) Nozzles per Manifold
Eight (8) Nozzles per Leg Asy

4) Rotate each Spray Nozzle so it is installed at a 5° angle to the centerline of the Leg Manifold. Be
sure to rotate all of the nozzles in the same direction, see the image below.
