        Ingedients Marinade:  Ingedients Salsa:
        •  ¼ cup fresh mint  •  5 ounces avocado, chopped
        •  2 tablespoons fresh parsley  •   10 ounces watermelon, chopped
        •  1 jalapeño        •   9 ounces seedless cucumber, chopped
        •  Juice from 4 limes  •   2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
        •  1 clove garlic    •  3 ounces red onion, chopped
