                                                          Get creative by combining
                                                          easy tuna with heart
                                                          healthy avocado, fresh
                                                          cilantro and onion and a
                                                          touch of Sriracha sauce
                                                          for heat. Serve this simple
    RECIPES                                               tuna salad over greens
                                                          with your favorite side of
                                                          fruit.








        Ingedients:
        •  1 can tuna, drained well  •  A few drops of
        •   1 to 2 tablespoons chopped red onion     Sriracha sauce
          (depending on desired tastes)  •  ½ avocado, chopped
        •   ½ red bell pepper, chopped  •   Very small handful of fresh
        •  Juice from ½ lime         cilantro, chopped.

        Preparation:
        1.  Combine tuna, onion, and bell pepper in a small bowl.
        2.  Add fresh lime juice and Sriracha sauce and mix well.
        3.  Fold in chopped avocado and cilantro.               WHAT IS
        4.  Add additional Sriracha sauce if you like it hot!  THE BALANCE?
        5.  Serve over greens with a side of your favorite fruit.
