4. Check the toe-in of front wheel
a. Lift up the vehicle with a jack at the bottom of axle.

Place the safety support under the axle. Descend the
vehicle to make the front wheels horizontally.
b. Mark the center of front tyre. EG
c. Measure the distance A of left and right front wheel
marks on the horizontal forward position. TR
d. Rotate the two front wheels 180° in the same direction
and measure the distance B between two marks. AX
e. The front and back distance difference A-B value is the toe-in of front wheel.
Toe-in/out value of front wheels: 0±2mm FR
f. If the toe-in is not correct, adjust it by changing the
length of steering tie-rod. ST
• Unscrew the locking bolts of ball head clamps at the
two ends of steering cross rod. BR
• Rotate the steering cross rod to adjust the length so as to
set the front wheel toe-in to the regulated value. BW
