6. Installing high pressure hose of the power steering pump

a. Install the high pressure hose onto the power steering

pump. Tighten the locking nuts of the oil tube.
Torque: 120~150N•m

b. Connect the high pressure hose of the power steering
pump to the high pressure steel tube. Tighten the locking AX
nut of the oil tube.

7. Installing the oil suction hose of the power steering

pump and the oil return hose of the steering fluid tank

a. Install the inlet and outlet hoses of the steering fluid

tank as indicated by the marks. Mount and tighten the
EL
ring clamps on the hoses.

b. Connect the oil return hose of the steering fluid

tank with the oil return steel tube assembly. Tighten the
hose ring clamp.

c. Connect the oil suction hose with the power steering
pump. Tighten the hose ring clamp.
