e. Connect the air inlet pipe and one of the air outlet

pipes and test the air outlet valves one by one.

f. Turn on the air source switch. When the air source
pressure is up to 600kPa, there is air running out of the
air outlets. EG

g. If the air outlet pressure drops to less than 700kPa, it is
indicated that the four-circuit protection valve is TR
damaged. In this case, change it.

h. Connect the air source to one of the air outlets of the
four-circuit protection valve. Fill 700kPa or above air
into the valve, and check the kick therein. FR

i. If the air outlet pressure is up to 700kPa or above, air
begins to be bled out of the air inlet and the other air ST
outlets. If the air outlet pressure is lower than 700kPa, the

air inlet and the other air outlets shall not bleed any air

and shall be sealed. In case of an opposite scenario or

there is still air leakage at low air pressure, change it.

4. Install the four-circuit protection valve.

a. Install the four-circuit protection valve onto the dryer
EL
and install the fixing nuts and tighten them.
Torque:90~108N•m

b. Install all the air pipes of the four-circuit protection

valve according to the marks made when removed and
tighten their connector nuts.
Caution

Coat sealant at the thread of air pipe joint.

5. Start the engine and check the pressure of braking system to see if the air hose joint leaks.
