Brake system – service brake (air pressure) BR-33

Change IN

1. Release the pressure of braking system
2. Removal of relay valve assembly DI

a. Remove all the air pipes connected to the relay valve.

When dismounting, mark or number on the air pipes

for easy installation.

b. Remove the relay valve support's fixing bolt and nut
and remove the relay valve assembly.

3. Check on relay valve assembly EL

a. Put the relay valve on the test bench.
b. Block the relay valve's air outlet with a screw plug.
Connect the air source switch, turn on the air source
switch, fill 700kPa air into the relay valve, and check the
overall air tightness of the relay valve.
c. Check whether the four-circuit protection valve leaks
by smearing soap water onto the outside of the relay
valve or putting it into water.
4. Installation of main brake valve assembly

a. Install the relay valve assembly onto the frame. Install
its fixing bolts and nuts.
Torque: 86~103N•m
