m. Install the brake shoe roller shaft.

The brake shoe roller shaft shall be installed in the
direction from the inside of the brake shoe to its outside.

n. Install the brake shoe roller's circlip.

6. Installation of front brake shoe assembly

a. Install the front brake shoe assembly on the brake

bottom plate and align the shoe shaft holes.

b. Put the front brake shoe shaft in the shaft holes in the

brake bottom plate.

Caution

Before the installation, smear grease inside the brake
shoe lining.

c. Punch the front brake shoe shaft into the assembly

position.

d. Install one end of the return spring on the front shoe
brake assembly and install the other end on the return

spring fixing pin using the spring vice.
