BR-94 Brake system – service brake (air pressure)

b. Remove the brake air chamber support's fixing bolts
and the support.

c. Remove the brake bottom plate's fender fixing bolts
and take away the brake bottom fender.

7. Check the braking plate and camshaft

a. Check whether the inside diameter of the brake bottom
plate's lining is beyond the specified wear limit. If so,
change it.
Standard value: φ38mm
Wearing limit value:φ38.3mm

b. Punch out the camshaft lining on the brake bottom
plate using the lining punch.

c. Install the brake bottom plate lining using the lining
punch.
d. Check the camshaft lining in the brake air chamber
support.
