BR-92 Brake system – service brake (air pressure)

c. Install the adjusting arm and gasket.

d. Install the adjusting arm fixing bolts and tighten them.

e. Install the adjusting arm support fixing bolts and
tighten them.
Torque: 17~23N•m

f. Fill grease into the camshaft grease nozzle in the brake
bottom plate using a grease gun.

10. Install the front brake air chamber (see Check and Repair, Front Brake Air Chamber, Service
Brake (Pneumatic), Chapter BR Brake System).
11. Install the front wheel speed sensor (see Change, Wheel Speed Sensors, Service Brake (Pneumatic),
Chapter BR Brake System).
12. Install the front wheel's hub (see Change, Front Wheel Hubs, Front Axle, Front Axle/Front Drive
Axle, Chapter AX Axles and Transmission Shafts).

13. Adjust the braking clearance
