e. Check whether there is any obvious pit or uneven wear

at the camshaft position. If so, change it.

f. Check whether there is any broken or damaged spline
tooth. If so, change it.

g. Check whether the journal where the camshaft lining is

installed exceeds the specified wear limit using a vernifer
caliper. If so, change it.
Standard value: φ46 0 +0.039 mm FR
Wearing limit value: φ45.80mm
h. Check the clearance between the camshaft and lining.
ST
Standard value: 0.35~0.45mm

Wearing limit value: 0.7mm

i. Check whether the thickness of each camshaft spline

tooth is beyond the specified wear limit using a vernifer

caliper. If so, change it.

8. Install the braking plate

a. Install the mudguard on the braking plate. Install the

fixing bolt and tighten it.

Torque: 35~45N•m

b. Install the brake air chamber support onto the brake
bottom plate and tighten its fixing bolts.

Torque: 146~205N•m

Caution

Install the brake camshaft and tighten the brake air
chamber support's fixing bolts.
