BW - 126 Body - Dashboard, instrument cluster, ashtray

i. Remove the dashboard assembly.
Caution
● Do not damage the wiring harness when removing the dashboard, because there are a large number
of wiring harness in the dashboard.

● Do not damage the dashboard assembly surface.
● If the removed dashboard assembly is not installed temporarily, it should be covered with a protective
cover.
● The removed dashboard assembly should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated room away from
chemicals and heat sources.

● The removed bolts should be placed in order.
18. Inspect the dashboard body for fracture, damage, deformation and others; if any, replace the
dashboard body
19. Install the dashboard assembly

a. Install the dashboard assembly into the cab and align all bolt and screw mounting holes.

b. Install the defroster panel mounting bolts.

c. Install the right upper mounting bracket mounting screws
of the dashboard.

d. Install the instrument cluster mounting bolts.
