EL - 108 Electrical system – electrical components
IN Check and repair
1. Switch off the ignition switch
DI 2. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole
3. Dismount the assembly of right guard plate of
EG instrument panel
a. Dismount the fixing bolt and expansion fastener of right
TR guard plate of instrument panel.

4. Removing the blower
a. Disconnect the plug & socket connector of the blower.

b. Remove the fixing screws from the A/C blower.
c. Remove the blower.
Caution
● Check blower by rotate the impeller by hand to see if
there is any stuck.
● Visually check the impeller if there is any signs
of wearout.
5. Check the blower if following failures are present. If yes, repair or replace the blower
a. The blower impeller is broken.
b. Cracks occur on the blower case.
6. Installing the blower
a. Mount the A/C blower into correct place. Tighten the
blower fixing screws.
