Caution
● The condenser is a heat exchanger which has lots of fragile points in its structure and materials. DI
Handle the condenser with care to prevent from dropping, impacting or scratching.
● Use a new O-ring and coat it with freezing oil before installation EG

● The AC system is easy to leak
● Once the tubing is disconnected, it must be sealed by using plugs to prevent ingression of foreign TR
matters.

1. Recover the refrigerant (refer to Chapter EL electric system-electric parts-heating and AX
AC-refrigerant, replacement”)

2. Flip over the cab

3. Remove the condenser

a. Remove the fixing nut for connecting the A/C high and ST
low pressure tubings assembly with the condenser, move
A/C high and low pressure tubings aside.

Caution

Use plugs to seal all disconnected pipe joints

b. Remove the condenser fixing bolts. Remove the

condenser.

4. Check the condenser if it has failures or damages, and cracks on the core of the A/C condenser
assembly. Replace the condenser if necessary.

5. Installing the condenser
a. Install the condenser into place.

b. Install the fixing bolts of condenser and tighten them.
