Condenser
DI Check on car
1. Check the condenser assembly
EG a. If the fins of condenser are dirty, clean with water then blow to dry.
Caution
TR During cleaning, avoid damaging the condenser fins.
b. if the condenser fins are bent, straighten them with a fin comb.
AX 2. Check the condenser assembly if there is any leakage of refrigerant
a. Use leakage detector to check the tubing connectors
FR b. If there is any leakage at the connector, check the torque value and O-ring of the connector.
c. Check if there is any leakage at the condenser fines. If yes, replace the condenser assembly as necessary.
