A/C control switch

Change DI

1. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole
2. Remove the control panel assembly (refer to “Chapter BW Vehicle Body- Instrument Panel, EG
Combination Instrument, Ashtray - Instrument panel, Replacement”)

3. Removing the A/C control switch TR
a. Remove fixing screws from the A/C control switch.

b. Disconnect the plug & socket connector of the A/C

control switch. Remove the A/C control switch cord.

c. Remove the A/C control switch.

4. Check the A/C control switch if following failures are present. If yes, repair or replace the A/C control
switch
a. A/C control switch knob is broken.
b. A/Controller assembly is burnt.

c. Poor electrical conductivity exists at the A/C control switch.
d. A/Controller assembly is damaged or failed.

5. Installing the A/C control switch

a. Connect the plug & socket connector of the A/C control
switch. Install the A/C control into place.
