System description: IN
A/C control
Press the A/C switch on the A/C panel to send A/C request signal from the pin A12 of plug & socket DI
connector B037 of the A/C controller, through the low pressure and high pressure switches, and output from
the pin 1 of the A/C pressure switch to the pin 85 of the A/C the compressor relay R16, to provide normal test
EG
signal of the refrigeration tubing pressure. The pin 86 of the A/C the compressor relay R16 is earthed, and the
coil is powered up to close the contacts. The battery current flows from the fuses F\L2 and F09 in the vehicle
TR
frame fuse box to the pin 30 A/C compressor relay R16, and pin 87 outputs the power supply to the
electromagnetic clutch F027 which is linked with the compressor. The electromagnetic clutch is earthed and
the compressor starts to work. At the same time, the evaporator temperature sensor B049 monitors the surface AX
temperature of the evaporator and sends the signal to the A/C controller.
When the blower switch is at work, press the interior circulation switch on the A/C control panel. The current
FR
is output from A9 of the plug & socket connector B037 of the A/C controller to the pin 5 of the
interior/exterior circulation servo motor B055 and flows through the pin 3 of the interior/exterior circulation
ST
servo motor from the pin 3 to the pin A3 of the plug & socket connectorB037 of the A/C controller, to control
the operation of the interior/exterior circulation servo motor so that to change the position of the
interior/exterior damper. The control of A/C temperature and air modes is adjusted by pull cord. The BR
temperature control dial and air mode dial are to be handled manually, which are connected with temperature
damper and mode damper by a pull cord individually to the change the positions of those dials. Thereby, the
BW
mix ratio of cold/hot air and airflow direction can be changed, and the A/C system can perform gradual
adjustment at the refrigeration, heating and air supply modes.
