g. To aid in the installation of the repair sleeve, it is
necessary to place the repair sleeve in a freezer at a
temperature below -12° C for at least an hour.
Caution

If more than one repair sleeve needs to be installed, only
one repair sleeve can be removed at a time for
installation.

h. Apply a layer of Loctite ™ 620 to the top of the cylinder
hole where the repair sleeve needs to be installed.

i. Wear protective gloves and push the refrigerant sleeve to
the bottom as far as it will go by hand.

j. Use a sleeve punch to press or flush the repair sleeve into
the cylinder bore, so that it contacts the step at the bottom of
the cylinder hole.

k. Bunch the installed sleeve to 101.956mm.
