o. Measure tappet hole, check whether there is drawing

mark or excessive wear in the tappet hole.

Maximum: 16.055mm

p. Install the main bearing cover without main bearing and
measure the inner diameter of the main bearing hole without
the main bearing.
Diameter of the main bearing hole after disassembling
the bearing
Minimum: 87.983mm
Maximum: 88.019mm

q. Measure the length of the fixing bolt of the main bearing
Contact cover. If the length does not meet the requirements, the

fixing bolts of the main bearing cover shall be replaced.
Length of fixing bolt of main bearing cover: 120.00mm
