Failure phenomenon list
Use the list below to help you find the reasons of failures. The number represents the order of failure reason
possibility Check each part according to the order and replace it when necessary

1. Hub bearing (excessive pre-tightening force) Adjust the pre-tightening force.
Seizing of hub bearing 2. Bearing (inadequate or incorrect grease) Filling or replacing grease
3. Bearing (dusty) Clean and fill in grease
1. Steering linkage end (too loose or tight) Check and repair the tie rod ball
2. Kingpin and bush (too loose or tight) Adjust. If necessary, replace the failed part
Tyre worn abnormally Replace the bearing or tighten the nut
