g. Install the planetary gear and thrust washers on the

h. Install planetary gear cross shaft assembly to fitting

i. Measure and adjust the backlash of the axle shaft gear

and the planet gear (See Chapter AX Axles, Transmission
Shafts - Rear Axle / Rear Shaft - Rear Axle - Rear Axle
Final Reducer Assembly, Measurement) ST

j. Install the axle shaft gear and the thrust washer of axle

shaft gear to the planetary gear.

k. Place the differential case (right) into the fitting
position and align the assembly markings.

l. Install the fixing bolts and fasten it.

Torque:

Model 16 T 190~210N•m

Model 22T, 25T 220~280N•m

4. Install the rear axle final reducer assembly

a. Install the bearing outer ring on both sides of the
differential assembly.
