b. Insert an iron bar through the differential assembly, lift
the differential assembly with the rope to mount it into
the differential case.

c. Lift both ends of the bearing cover with both hands
and place the differential bearing cover and fixing bolts
downwards.
d. Check if the differential bearing cover is installed
correctly by observing the assembly markings.

e. Screw on the fixing bolts of differential bearing
cover without tightening.
f. Install the differential bearing cover and fixing bolts on the
other side of the differential assembly as described above.
Caution

Bolts on both sides of differential bearing cover
should be tightened at the same time.

g. Install the adjustment nut of differential and install the
adjustment tool of differential.

h. Using a wrench, twist the differential adjustment nut
into place.
Caution
The adjustment nut on both sides of differential
should be tightened at the same time

i. Install the adjustment nut of differential on the other
side of the driven gear as shown above.

j. Measure the backlash of the driving gear and the driven gear.
k. Adjust the backlash of driving gear and driven gear.
