37.7 Overseas Travel – Reimbursement of Food Expenses

Due to the vast variance in the cost of meals in different countries the
Company has decided to replace the subsistence allowance with
                            “reimbursement of food expenses”.

                            a) For official overseas travel, an Employee is eligible to claim for
reimbursement of his food expenses. This includes the normal
breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks & beverages etc. Employees
should use their discretion in selecting reasonable class restaurants /
                                hotels while having their meals.

                            b) Reimbursement shall be based on receipts / vouchers whenever
applicable. For items where receipts are not available, the Employee
has to itemize and indicate the amount accordingly.

                            c) Cash advance equivalent to the number of days x (approximate food
expenses and hotel room rate) may be given to Employees who are
expected to travel overseas exceeding 3 consecutive days.

                            d) Employees should ensure that they have sufficient relevant foreign
currency when they travel overseas, as the Malaysian Ringgit is not
                                accepted in other countries.

                            e) Employees who have to be based overseas for a continuous period
exceeding 2 weeks shall be paid a lump sum advance. The amount
shall be computed depending on the destinations, and this shall be
decided at the discretion of the Company on a case to case basis.
