      58       From this instrument, TF11 had obtained expert validity in terms of
               content validity as well as language validity. Content validity was obtained
               from experts in the field of Human Resource who were academics
               and also professionals. In addition, to obtain validity for item suitability
               concerning staff and the context of work culture in Universiti Malaya,
               staff unions in Universiti Malaya; namely, the Academic Staff Association
               of Universiti Malaya (PKAUM), the Universiti Malaya General Staff
               Union (KKAUM) and the Association of Administrative and Professional
               Officers Universiti Malaya (PEKERTI) were also involved. For language
               validity, TF11 sought the views from language experts from the Faculty of
               Languages and Linguistics as well as the Faculty of Education.

               Subsequently, to obtain the reliability value of NTP items, TF11 had
               collected data from 10 respondents who represented the Officer Being
               Assessed (PYD) group. The respondents consisted of 3 academic staff
               from the fields of Science, Non Science and Clinical, 3 executive staff
               from the N, W and J schemes and 4 operational staff from the N, F and
               J schemes
