 When God extends His hand  ,BðÖ−íÓ¬Bò í"ÖaÖwÔíÓLÐk  However elsewhere it says:  ,þÑôBê êeí þÑìÔê óBšÖôÐëe
 the wicked become extinct and fall,  ,ó−ÌñÐõBòÐî ó−ÌñÖkó−̼ÖLÐþÖí  “When the dew descended, etc. 27  ,’BèÐîñÔhÔí³ÓðÓþÐëe
 because all things are held in His hand  BðÖ−Ða öe³ÖòñÒkÔíÓL−ÌõÐñ  [The answer is: first] the dew descended on the earth,  ,±ÓþÖêÖíñÔ¼ðÑþB− ñÔhÔí
 and they fall when it is extended.  ;dÖ³−Ö−ÖhÔíÐa ó−ÌñÐõBòÐî  [then] the manna descended upon it,  ,î−ÖñÖ¼ðÑþB− öÖnÔíÐî

 “When God will extend His hand  BðÖ−íÓhÔ−’íÔî  and it [the manna] was as if stored in a box. 28  :êÖ½ÐõešÐaìÖpeôÐ× êeí −ÑþÎíÔî
 then the helper will stumble  þÑïB¼ ñÔLÖ×Ðî  [14]  The layer of dew had risen, etc.  .'åâå ìÈhÇäúÇáÀëÄLìÇòÇzÇå [ãé]
 and the one being helped will fall.” 49  ,þŠïÖ¼ñÔõÖòÐî  When the sun shines  ,³ÔìÔþBï íÖnÔìÔíÓLÐk
 This can be compared to glass vessels  ³−Ì×e×Ðï−ÑñÐ×ÌññÖLÖô  then the dew which is on the manna rises  öÖnÔíñÔ¼ÓLñÔhÔííÓñB¼
 that are held in a person’s hand;  ,óÖðÖê−Ñð−Ìaó−Ìòe³ÐpÔí  towards the sun  ,íÖnÔìÔí³êÔþКÌñ
 if he extends (opens) his hand slightly  ¬Ô¼ÐôBðÖ−íÓhÔô  as is the way of dew to rise towards the sun.  .íÖnÔì³êÔþКÌñíÓñB¼ ñÔ¬CÓþÓðÐk
