 15. He blessed Yoseif and said, þ¢ÔôêÒiÔѽB−-³ÓêCÓþ'ÖëÐ−Ôî .î¬

                     i.e., between the borders of the cities  ³Bþ−Ö−μÖí−ÑôeìгÌa
 When one approaches another person  ,Bþ−ÑëÎì³êÔþКÌñêÖaÔí
                     to where it is carrying merchandise.  :êÖ−ЬÔôКÔþÐtñÓL ³Bñ−ÌëÎìóÖL C−ÌñBnÓL
 his right hand is opposite the other’s left.  ,BþÑëÎìñêÒôÐNðÓèÓòÐk Bò−ÌôÐ−
 Since he [Menasheh] was the first born  ,þB×ÐaÔí êeíÓLöÖî−Ñ×Ðî  [15] He saw that rest is good.  .áBè éÄkäÈçËðÀîàÀøÇiÇå [åè]
 he should be placed [on the right] for the blessing.  :íÖ×ÖþÐëÌñöÖneïÐô  [Meaning:] he saw that his share [in Eretz Yisrael]  BšÐñÓìÐñíÖêÖþ
                is a blessed and good land to produce fruits.  :³Bþ−Ñõê−Ì®BíÐñíÖëB¬Ðî³Ó×ÓþBëÐô±ÓþÓê
 [14] He deliberately placed his hand so.  .åéÈãÈéúÆàìÅkÄN [ãé]
 ñÑkÌN should be translated as Onkelos does:  ,BôebÐþÔ³Ðk  He bent his shoulder to bear the burden.  .ìÉaÀñÄìBîÀëÄLèÅiÇå
 öepÌô−ÌkÐìÔê—He put wisdom into them [his hands],  ZöepÌô−ÌkÐìÔê  [The burden refers to] the yoke of Torah.  .íÖþBz ñB¼
 [meaning:] deliberately and with wisdom  íÖôÐ×ÖìÐîñÑkÐNÔíÐa  He became.  éÄäÀéÇå
 he positioned his hands for this purpose—  CÔ×Ðñî−ÖðÖ−³Óêñ−ÌkÐNÌí  To all his brothers of Israel . . .  ñÑêÖþÐNÌ−î−ÖìÓêñÖ×Ðñ
 with full knowledge,  ,³Ô¼ÔcÌôe  A servant to pay the tribute.  .ãÅáÉòñÇîÀì
