Another interpretation: [It is called] Pishon ,öBL−Ìt:þÑìÔêþÖëÖc Hear my voice. .éÄìB÷ ïÇòÇîÀL
because it causes flax [öÖzÐLÌt] to grow ,öÖzÐLÌtñÑcÔèÐô êeíÓL [Meaning:] “Agree to have conjugal relations with me. .L−ÌôÐLÔzÔñ−Ìñ¼ÔôÖMÌíÐñ
as it is said concerning Egypt, óÌ−ÔþЮÌôñÔ¼þÔôÍêÓpÓL Was then the man whom I killed −ÌzÐèÔþÖíþÓLÎêL−Ìê−Ì×Ðî
“And the flax workers shall be shamed.” 131 :ó−ÌzÐLÌõ−ÑðÐëB¼ eLBëe killed by my wounding?” ?èÔþÍíÓò êeí −̼ЮÌõÐñ
[13] Gichon. .ïBçéÄb [âé] [I.e.,] did I wound him intentionally, ,ð−ÌïÑôî−ÌzмԮÐõ−ÌòÎê−Ì×Ðî
[It is so called] because it flows and roars ,íÓôBíÐîCÑñBí íÖ−ÖíÓL that the wounding be attributed to me? ?−ÌôÐLñÔ¼ −eþÖš¼Ô®ÓtÔíêÑíÐiÓL
And the child that I killed, ,−ÌzÐèÔþÖíþÓLÎêðÓñÓ−Ðî
and its roar is very great ,ðBêÐôíÖñBðÐè B³−Ö−ÐôÓíÐî
as [is written]: “If [an ox] gores,” 132 ,ìÔbÌ−−Ìk :BôÐk was it killed by my blow? ?èÔþÍíÓò−̳ÖþeaÔìÐñ
for he gores and goes on to roar. 133 :íÓôBíÐîCÑñBíÐîÔìÑbÔòÐnÓL I.e., by my [intentional] blow.” ?−̳ÖþeaÔì−ÑðÐ−ñÔ¼,þÔôBñÐk
[Lemech’s statement being] an exclamatory question, ,íÖiÌôгÌa
[14] Chidekel. .ìÆ÷ÆcÄç [ãé]
“Did I not act accidentally −ÌòÎ êèÑèBL êGÎíÔî
[It is so called] because its waters î−Öô−ÑnÓL
and not intentionally? !ð−ÌïÑôêGÐî
are pungent and light. 134 :ö−ÌlÔšÐîö−ÌcÔì
That is not a wound attributable to me −̼ЮÌteíÓïêG
