Renovation of the Administration Building is highly recommendable with refurbishment works using bricks on the facade. Isabela is rich

in the non-metallic resource, clay.

The proposed PPP project proposal for 60 hectare area is very timely and relevant. It can be serve as open vast opportunities for the
agro-industrialization business activities . The various modalities for the participation of the private sector in investment and joint

development can be explored. In terms of resource generation, the university is aligned with the provincial mission of Agricultural
modernization, with the agro-industrialization programs of Region 2 and finally with Ambisyon Natin 2040 to alleviate hunger and poverty
for a better Philippines. It can be the driver for accelerating development of Echague as well as invigorate the further development of the

highway corridor from Santiago City and Cauayan City.
