               The chef Jordan has managed to cultivate the art of Peruvian cuisine in its traditional dishes, the classic ceviche, lomo saltado
               traditional and fusion dishes with Peruvian quinoa. The culinary creation of fried rice quinoa, quinoa healthy salads. Sr, Ceviche
               Aventura is the perfect place to enjoy flavors. Ceviche, known as the national dish of Peru, ceviche is traditionally made with raw
               whitefish, lime juice, limo pepper and cilantro. It's usually garnished with sweet potato, Peruvian corn and raw onions. Ceviche can
               also include mussels, clams, shrimp, octopus and other seafood.

               The story of Sr. Ceviche began many years ago, when the executives chefs Alonso Jordan and his father, they developed a
               passion for the flavors of traditional Peruvian cuisine. Inspired to share this person, Alonso seemed the help of his brother Eduardo
               Jr, and together they decided to open Sr.Ceviche in South Florida. All dishes are prepared to convey our love for food.  They used
               only the freshest and most authentic ingredients, for a true taste of Peruvian Gastronomy.
