▪ เป็นวัณโรคต่อมน้ำเหลืองรอบนอก เช่น ต่อมน้ำเหลืองบริเวณคอ ให้รหัส A18.2

Tuberculous peripheral lymphadenopathy
3. วัณโรคเยื่อหุ้มปอด แพทย์ควรระบุว่ายืนยันการวินิจฉัยโดยวิธีใด เช่น ผลการตรวจ
ชิ้นเนื้อ หรือตรวจพบ AFB
ถ้าแพทย์วินิจฉัยว่าเป็นวัณโรคเยื่อหุ้มปอด และระบุยืนยันการวินิจฉัยจากผลการทำ biopsy

พบ granulomatous process หรือ ย้อมพบ AFB จากชิ้นเนื้อหรือจาก pleural fluid หรือตรวจวิธี
PCR พบเชื้อวัณโรค ให้รหัส A15.6 Tuberculosis pleurisy, confirmed bacteriologically and
histologically แต่ถ้าระบุว่ามิได้ส่งตรวจ หรือส่งตรวจแล้วแต่ยังไม่ได้ผลหรือไม่พบผล ให้ใช้รหัส
A16.5 Tuberculosis pleurisy, without mention of bacteriological or histological

confirmation
4. วัณโรคอวัยวะอื่น เช่น เยื่อหุ้มสมอง กระดูก ทางเดินอาหาร ผิวหนัง เยื่อหุ้มหัวใจ
ถ้าแพทย์วินิจฉัยว่าเป็นวัณโรคที่อวัยวะอื่น ให้รหัสดังนี้
▪ วินิ จฉัยว่า tuberculosis of meningitis ให้ รหัส A17.0† Tuberculosis of

meningitis เป็นรหัสการวินิจฉัยหลัก และรหัส G01* Meningitis in bacterial
diseases classified elsewhere เป็นรหัสการวินิจฉัยร่วม
▪ วินิจฉัยว่า tuberculoma หรือ tuberculosis of brain ให้รหัส A17.8† Other

tuberculosis of nervous system เป็นรหัสการวินิจฉัยหลัก และรหัส G07*
Intracranial and intraspinal abscess and granuloma in diseases
classified elsewhere เป็นรหัสการวินิจฉัยร่วม

การติดเชื้อวัณโรคปอดโดยทั่วไปเป็น reactivation ของเชื้อที่ได้รับตั้งแต่ในวัยเด็ก ในการ

วินิจฉัย primary respiratory tuberculosis หรือวัณโรคปฐมภูมิของทางเดินหายใจ ซึ่งหมายถึงการ
ติดเชื้อวัณโรคครั้งแรกในวัยเด็ก ผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่อายุน้อยกว่า 4 ปี แพทย์ควรระบุว่ามีการยืนยันโดย
ย้อมเสมหะพบ AFB หรือโดยการตรวจทางพยาธิวิทยาหรือไม่
