      Healthy restaurant also offer special menus such as low-
fat diets, low calorie diets and low cholesterol diets to
customers suffering from heart, liver and kidney diseases.

      Restaurants serve both our social as well as our biological

needs.
    The eating market restaurants serve our biological needs
   clearly they concentrate on economy and speed, under this
   segment the quick service restaurants (QSR's) with other
   low price specialty restaurants like, family restaurants,
   cafeterias, and country cooking restaurants, "gourmet"
