3 – Public cafeterias: these operations are often similar to full-
menu restaurants and lunchroom because they offer a wide
variety of menu items.

beverages typically, limited or no food services are offered.
5 – Caterers: these operations prepare meals and may provide
food service in on or off – site locations.
6 – Ice cream and frozen custard stands: these operations offer
primarily frozen dairy and related products.
Lodging places (hotel places) : this market is divided
into three sub-markets:
1- Hotels
2-motor hotels
3- motels
Just as with separate eating and drinking places, there are many
types of hotels food service facilities, such as coffee shops,
family restaurants, specialty restaurants or gourmet rooms and
room service.
