                       Service Industry

    Full service restaurants: these operations are offer a
   good selection of a menu items, at least fifteen or more
   entrees cooked to order on the premise from scratch. It may
   be categorized by price, décor/ atmosphere, level of
   formality and menu. Full service restaurants could be
   represented in three kinds:
   1 – The independent luxury restaurants specializing in hute-
   cuisine.
   2 – Neighborhood or mom- and- pop restaurants.
   3 – Large- scale full service restaurants.
    Specialty restaurants : under specialty restaurants come
   fast food or quick service, family, ethnic, theme, casual
   dining and dinner house restaurants .QSR's or either the
   largest single type of specialty restaurants, or the fastest
   growing in both sales and numbers of units.

      There are many types of restaurants and food service

establishments. This categories based on the many possible
variations in menu, food quality, price, service, atmosphere and
soon.

    Ethnic restaurants: is one that specializes in food
