resistance seen by the working class on the basis of legitimacy, but
the Kazova resistance, conducted on the basis of legitimacy, said
Volkan Yarasir, showed everything could be resolved by the work-
ers based on their own productive forces, rightfulness and hon-
ourable attitude.
After Volkan Yarasir, two teachers from TUBITAK came.
They sat down with the workers for five hours and said they would
attempt to write about the resistance of Kazova workers in their
books.
Kazova Trikotaj Workers Started Production In The Fac-
tory
The Kazova workers, who have been resisting for their “rights
and honour” since 27 February, are continuing to create traditions
by opening a new page on the 185th day of their resistance. Their
bosses UMIT SOMUNCU, UMIT SOMUNCU and GAYE SO-
MUNCU, who stand behind the AKP, took from 94 workers four
months of wages, seniority and notice, tricked the workers and
threw them out of the factory like a used rag, subjecting them to
every kind of repression and taking away their rights.
They were prevented by the police from moving the machin-
ery to which they have a right, so they decided to use the machin-
ery to produce for themselves. However, it was not easy to put this
decision into effect. Because the bosses emptied out the factory
and made the remaining machines unusable. The machine motors
were dismantled, their cards taken away and the electrical connec-
tions cut. The problems were solved one after the other. After
