                                                                                    Breadfruit

                                                                                    British Captain Bligh was
                                                                                    given that task to plant
                                                                                    seedlings of breadfruit in

                                                                                    Jamaica and St. Vincent
                                                                                    from the island of Tahiti.
                                                                                    This Staple has become

                                                                                    important part of the
                                                                                    Jamaican culture.

                                                                                    Being a major staple in our
                                                                                    foods; it can be prepared

                                                                                    through various means:
                                                                                    Baking, frying, roasting

                                                                                    and even boiling.
