Wheat Products
Wheat products have
been consumed for over
10,000 years. Introduced
to the Caribbean by
Christopher Columbus, it
has contributed to the
baking industry
tremendously.
Wheat is used in a variety
of products; commonly
used to make flour which
make products that are
consumed daily: Bread,
biscuits, buns, cakes;
among others.

Mango
These fruits grow in warmer
climates and are noted to
have originated in India and
brought to the Caribbean by
the British. This fruit is enjoyed
by all generations and
captivates onlookers with
their yellowish skin that
becomes spotted with brown
and black specks when
overripe.
This fruit is enjoyed just as
picked as well as used to
make in juices, pies, ice-
cream, and sauces; among
others.
