Media24 digital campaign
To keep SA Pork in the hearts and minds of consumers, a 4-weeks campaign
was launched on all the digital platforms of Huisgenoot, You, Drum, Move
and Kuier in March.
The number of consumers who engage digitally with these publication titles
are as follows:

A total of 30 delicious pork recipes was selected to be featured in the
campaign, every recipe to be in line with the target audience for the
publication as well as considering the progression of the Covid-19 lockdown
period.
Key messages focused on these aspects:
- the value for money and affordability of SA Pork,
- the nutritional value of pork and the importance of consuming good
sources of protein
- making tasty dishes with what you have at home, and
- celebrating and honouring the tradition of Easter
The total number of consumers who frequently engage on these digital
platforms represent a massive audience, making the total reach of the
campaign worthwhile.
#YesMrPresident Facebook Campaign
SAPPO launched a Facebook campaign on 31 March to show support for
President Cyril Ramaphosa during the difficult time of the Co-Vid19
lockdown.
