The aim is to demonstrate with photos uploaded onto the SA Pork FB page
that the Pork Industry (as well as ordinary citizens) are all doing the right thing
by following the rules and continuing to work to provide food for South
Africans.
A competition element is linked to the campaign to encourage consumers
to support this campaign and to upload photos of themselves during the
lockdown period. One hundred lucky consumers can each win a R500 pork
voucher from their nearest branch of Food Lovers Markets.
SAPPO has engaged with the digital division of 24.com to boost the daily
posts on the SA Pork FB page to place the content in the faces of 2 400 000
people.
As at 8 April these were the results:
Booked impressions 2,400,000
% to Target 48.24%
Ad server impressions 1,157,688
Clicks 9,048
Ad server CTR* 0.76%
*CTR = clicks to the SA PORK FB page surpassing the 24.com average
benchmark of 0.70%.
