Paleo is not ideal for those involved in high-intensity exercise, or other
          sports that require a high carbohydrate diet as an optimal fuel source.
          The foods allowed when eating paleo strictly limits the variance in
          carbohydrate sources, which will make it difficult for those needing a
          high amount of carbohydrates to meet their needs.

          Allowed:

             •  Fruits

             •  Vegetables

             •  Lean meats


             •  Seafood

             •  Nuts and seeds

             •  Healthy fats (oils)

          Restricted:

             •  Dairy

             •  Grains

             •  Processed food/sugar

             •  Legumes


             •  Starches

             •  Alcohol
