                       GAME

                  PLAY SLAP! Using provided cards
         •   Kids get one set per partner pair and put the
             cards out picture side up.
         •   The teacher calls the words out and the first
             child to “slap” the card puts the card in their            VOCABULARY
             own pile
         •   Keep going until all the cards have been slapped

         •   For the last one, say, “first person to say the last
             card”

         •   Variations:  challenge the kids to see how many words they can say by looking at
         the pictures.     For fun, have winners play winners and the others find new partners.

                   1.   TEACH NEW WORDS—

           Hand out an object and go around asking the kids if they have it, they
             have to respond with “Si, tengo” or “no, no tengo”
             2.    REVIEW VOCAB WITH ACTIONS AND CARD RUN               VOCABULARY

           Move to a new location have students stand up!  Review
