Installation

The GuardII+ installation kit includes shock mounts and all hardware needed to mount the
monitor to the shock mounts.

NOTE:
the shock mounts are different for the top and bottom of the monitor, refer
to the included shock mount installation instructions for details.

NOTE:
Apply torque of 13.5 Nm on the installation bolts (M8) between the
enclosure and shock mounts.

Additional hardware for fastening the shock mounts to the mounting surface is not included.
The table below lists the recommendations for additional hardware.

Wall Material Recommended Hardware
Concrete M8 (#5/16-18) stainless steel screws or bolts.
The effective length of the anchor must be 50 mm (2”) or more
The upper fasteners must be a minimum of 57 mm (2.25”) long.
Metal 5/16-18 (M8) stainless steel self-tapping screws or bolts.
The upper fasteners must be a minimum of 50 mm (2”) long.
