restrictions  as  well  as  furnishing  for  security  shall  not  apply  to  the
                      employees who are working under deputation.
                 10.  Any  person  who  has  been  appointed  to  any  of  the  posts  shall  be
                     required to acquire the qualifications pertaining to the respective post,
                     if he has been employed in the Society prior to the date of this Service
                     regulations  coming  into  force  within  a  period  of  5  (Five)  years  from
                     date of registration of Service regulations.
                 11.  The ratio between Promotion and Direct Recruitment will be 2:1 for all
                      the posts wherever applicable.
                 12.  The selected candidate will be permitted to join duty only after getting
                      positive  report  on  verification  of  antecedents  by  the  Police  to  the
                      satisfaction of the Society
                 13.  The  Society  shall  take  steps  to  utilise  the  services  of  outsourcing
                      personnel  wherever  required  to  minimise  the  establishment
                      expenditure
                 14.  At  the  time  of  filling  up  of  vacancies,  vacancies  through  Promotion
                      should be filled up first and then through Direct Recruitment, and to fix
                      seniority accordingly.
                 15.  In  case  the  vacancies  for  which  no  percentage  has  been  fixed  for
                      appointment  by  promotion  or  by  direct  recruitment,  the  Board  of
                      Directors  shall have the right to  decide  whether a  particular vacancy
                      should be filled up by direct recruitment or by promotion or by transfer
                      on deputation.
                 16.  Any  appointment  made  without  consent  &  approval  of  the  Board  of
                      Directors shall be null and void.
                 17.  The  Board of  Directors shall take  the  help  / advice / services of any
                      technical  experts  in  concerned  fields  in  short  listing  of  candidates
                      during appointments which involve some specialised knowledge / skill.
                 18.  Employees  on  deputation  shall  be  allowed  the  pay  and  other
                      emoluments  according  to  the  terms  and  conditions  of  deputation
                      agreed  upon  between  the  society  and  the  authority  from  whom  the
                      employee has been taken on deputation.
                 19.  The  selected  /  appointed  candidate  shall  produce  (i)  Certificates  of
                      Good  Character  from  two  Gazetted  Officers  and  similarly  (ii)  A  self-
                      declaration that he is either bachelor or if married, has not more than
                      one wife living.
                 20.  An employee on his appointment shall have to furnish a statement of
                      his wealth and that of his dependents and a statement of debt owned
                      by him.
                 21.  Every  employee  of  the  Society  as  the  case  may  be,  shall  furnish
                      prescribed Security Deposit at the time of joining in the Society
                 22.  An  employee  of  the  society  shall  be  liable  to  work  under  Foreign
                      Service at TTD or other departments, if required by the society.
