K. Security Deposit

                      All  employees  of  the  Society  shall  furnish  the  securities  as  specified
               below.  The cash security shall be taken in the shape of a fixed deposit of an
               employee with a bank and shall be pledged in the name of the society.

                       4     Office Subordinate                                      Rs.5,000/-


               The Security so furnished will be refundable to the employee at the time of
               his  leaving  the  service  or  on  his  retirement  provided  further  that  each
               employee shall have to serve for at least 3 years, otherwise security amount
               will  be  forfeited  and  will  not  be  refunded.    In  the  case  of  death  of  an
               employee, the security amount shall be refunded to his/her legal heir, within
               a period of 3 months from the date of completion of audit following cessation
               of service or death.
               Provided, that the society shall deduct any claim of dues outstanding against
               such employee.
               Provided, that cash security shall not be released in favour of the employee
               during the pendency of any disciplinary, civil or criminal proceeding against
               him.
               The Security Deposit shall not be refunded till No Dues Certificates are taken
               from the places where he served and produced to the Society and similarly
               No Dues Certificate from the TTD Revenue Department.

               Provided,  further  that  the  society  shall,  in  order  to  satisfy  its  claim,  be
               entitled  to  forfeit  the  security  with  interest  accrued  thereon  in  case  any
               misappropriation or embezzlement is proved against the employee, besides
               recovering difference of dues.

               No person shall be appointed as retained in service as paid employee of the
               society in any category of service mentioned above unless he/she furnishes
               a  security  as  mentioned  above  or  specified  by  the  Registrar  from  time  to
               time under Rule.28(1) of A.P.C.S. Act., whichever is higher.
               L. Postings and Transfers

                   1.  The General Manager shall be competent to post any employee in the
                      Society to any nature of work / seat i.e. internal transfers among the
                      employees of the Society.
