inspire, and guide each learner in the acquisition
of knowledge, refinement of learning skills, and
development of the dispositions necessary for
success. All Learning Coaches will be persons of
high emotional and cultural intelligence,
accomplished educators with a strong personal
learning ethic, and excellent academic
credentials.

• Highly trained Wellness Coaches who guide each
learner in identifying their interests and passions and
to develop goals and a strategy for pursuing them. All
Wellness Coaches will be persons of high emotional
and cultural intelligence, accomplished educators or
counselors, with a strong personal learning ethic, and
excellent academic credentials.

• Individualized academic programs for each
learner that is aligned with their ability,
interests, and learning style. The Learning
Coaches and Wellness Coaches will ensure each
student’s success by monitoring their academic
progress, sharing useful learning strategies and
techniques, and creating a framework of time
management and accountability for
accomplishing learning and performance goals.

• Intentional programs to support each learner in
development of the skills and dispositions
necessary for success.
