Veliko dostignuće u afirmaciji i prezentaciji tradicionalnog bosanskog kulinarstva
je “Bosanski kuhar” Alije Lakišića. Biber po pilavu u tom pravcu predstavlja
knjiga rahmetli profesorice Lamije Hadžiosmanović, pod nazivom “Bosanski
kuhar”, koja je 11. februara 2010. u Parizu dobila svjetsko priznanje
Bosanski kuhar (Bosnian Cookbook) by Alija Lakišić is a great achievement that affirms and
presents traditional Bosnian cuisine. Bosanski kuhar (Bosnian Cook) by late professor Lamija
Hadžiosmanović was published on 11 February 2010 and it has received a world recognition
