Police FCU staff should have access only to their own files, those that have been designated as public,
or those that have been made available to them with the knowledge and consent of the owner. To
gain access to someone’s H: drive, the owner of the H: drive folder shall send the request to IT at
support@Policefcu.org.
Users may not write down system passwords and leave them out in the open (e.g. Post-It note on
monitor).
Network drives shall ONLY be used for official Police FCU business. Users shall not store any personal

agreement. IT staff may ask for proof of ownership before helping users with their software.
IT will not knowingly allow pirated software to be used on Police FCU-owned computers. IT will
remove any suspect software loaded onto Police FCU-owned computers.
